Our investment thesis revolves around investing in bold entrepreneurial companies, positioned to fundamentally transform their industries. We focus on capital-efficient businesses where high barriers to entry can be constructed, and we partner closely with the start-up team to build the organization.
GIV's management team has strong domestic and international venture experience with deep operational, investment banking and professional services backgrounds from companies such as: AOL, VeriFone, SAP, Advent International, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston, and KPMG.
